TABLEWARE WASHING MACHINE

PURPOSE: To make it possible to shorten drying time after washing, to decrease smells and to suppress the propagation of bacteria after the end of washing. CONSTITUTION: This tableware washing machine is provided with a washing tank 6 for housing and washing tableware 3, is provided with a water feed mechanism for feeding water into the washing tank 6. The machine is provided with a water receiving tank 14 between a first drain pipe 11 for draining the water in the washing tank 6 outside the body and a drain pump 13 and is provided with a second drain pipe 12 on the drain pump 13. The drain pump is operated to drain the washing water from the first drain pipe 11, the water receiving tank 14, the drain pump 13 and the second drain pipe 12, and the drain pump 13 is stopped by ending of the draining. At this time, the residual water remaining in the second drain pipe 12 flows backward in the second drain pipe 12. The residual water is stored in the water receiving tank 14, by which the backward flow of the residual water to the washing tank is prevented.
