A duct 25 having a duct suction port 26 within a space 6 behind the ceiling and having a duct blowing-out port 27 connected outside of it is installed within the space 6 behind the ceiling, a waste heat fan 24 is installed in the midway part of the duct 25 so as to transfer heat only in the space 6 behind the ceiling out of a building.
