Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: To improve reliability by a method wherein a framework structure made of steel is arranged around a heavy body, a pile body is inserted into the steel-pipe column of the structure and driven into the ground and the heavy body and the steel-pipe column are connected by a horizontal-load transmitting member. CONSTITUTION: A heavy body 3 consisting of a steel shell caisson is embedded and installed onto the ground or into the ground. A plurality of framework structures 5 made of steel, in which steel-pipe columns 51 are connected by horizontal members and diagonal members, are arranged around the heavy body 3. Pile bodies 4 are inserted into the steel-pipe columns 51 and driven into the ground 1 while a hardener such as mortar is infected into the clearances of the internal surfaces of the steel-pipe columns 51a and the pile bodies 4. The inside of the heavy body 3 is filled with concrete. The heavy body 3 and the structures 5 are connected by horizontal-load transmitting members 6.
