Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: To detect the height position of a fork member (a fork) without steps. CONSTITUTION: A wire member 31 composed of a wire rope whose one end is fixed to a takeup drum 25 is fixed in the center part in the lateral direction of a middle lifting/lowering body 11 or approximately in the center part by being laid on the required numbers of wheels 32, 33 rotatably provided on a longitudinally moving stand 9. A rotation applying device composed of a spiral spring, a motor, etc., and for rotating the takeup drum 25 in the direction to winding the wire member 31 is provided on the takeup drum 25. The lifting/ lowering position of the fork member can be known by the rotating amount of the takeup drum 25.
