Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: To enable deep-drawn articles to be obtained almost free of distortion, besides, with reduced likelihood of a wall thickness variation of the articles by specifying the ratio between the depth and length of a projected mold or rejected mold, and employing a mold having an introduction part with a specified inclined angle with respect to the compression axial direction. CONSTITUTION: This molding method is of the type such that after a planar material consisting of a thermoplastic resin having a nonorganic filler contained therein is heated and thus softened at higher temperature than that of the glass transition, a deep-drawing work is conducted by a press machine in the use of a mold, utilizing either both the rejected mold 2 and projected mold 1 or a mold where the rejected mold 2 has a length (L) of 25% or longer than the height (H) of an article to be produced, besides, has an introduction 4 with an inclination (θ) of 10 deg.-60 deg. with respect to the compression axial direction. The thickness of an applicable board of a thermoplastic resin material is more preferable to be thin for processing, however, it can be adapted for a planar or sheet material of 2-25mm.
