WORK TRANSPORT METHOD AND TRANSPORT CONTROLLER

PURPOSE: To properly conduct the press-in of a component to a work even when abnormality is generated at either process before or after a press-in process, in the case where a heating process is equipped upstream of the press-in process and the press-in of the component is conducted by carrying into the press-in process the work heated at the heating process. CONSTITUTION: A work W heated at a heating process A is transported to a press-in process B and the press-in of a predetermined component is conducted at the press-in process B, and then, the work W is transported to an after- process C. In this instance, at the time of the abnormality generation of at least either process of the heating process A and the after-process C, by stopping the carrying-out of a work W from the heating process A and at the same time stopping a work that is after press-in completion, at a stopping portion D provided between the press-in process B and the after-process C, at least at the time of abnormality generation, component press-in is completed in a proper heating state in regard to the work W into which a component is not pressed yet.
