SULFUR CASTING DEVICE

PURPOSE: To provide a sulfur casting device which can coaxially keep the shaft centers of a long shaft and of a core bar even when the long shaft thermally expands. CONSTITUTION: A sulfur casting device has a bottom flange 7; an upper flange 8; a moving device 12 which keeps the upper flange parallel and coaxial with the bottom flange and moves along an axis Z; and a sulfur filling up machine 14. A moving device 12 has a movable carriage 15 to move along the axis Z; a guide 16 to keep the upper flange parallel and coaxial with the bottom flange on the moving carriage; and an energizing device 18 which is held between the moving stand and the upper flange, and elastically energizes the upper flange toward the bottom flange. A long shaft is held between the bottom flange 7 and the upper flange 8, and molten sulfur is filled up between the long shaft 1 and the core bar 2 for positioning the inside of the solidified sulfur coaxially with the inside of the long shaft.
