CONSTITUTION: In a metal sheet carrying-out device having an auxiliary table 7 which is arranged between a punch plate P and an unloading device B, a receiving member 16 having a metal sheet receiving face is installed on the auxiliary table 7 except a passing part C that a gripper G of the un-loader device B is passed through and the metal sheet receiving face is made in the same height with the a metal sheet mounting face of a table to mount a metal sheet to be machined of a metal sheet working machine. Further, the receiving members 16, 17 are moved sliding to the direction crossing by a right angle to the passing way of an un-loader gripper and the receiving members 16, 17 are composed by being tightened and fixed with tightening bolts supported at the base stand end part of the auxiliary table 7.
