INTRATUBE CLEANING OF EXISTING PIPING

PURPOSE:To clean the inner surface of a pipe efficiently by sending a specified vegetable cleaning liquid forcibly through piping to be cleaned through an ejector using a compressed air at less than a specified pressure level, and giving a flow force and a stirring force to the cleaning liquid to clean the inner surface of the pipe by inflating the compressed air. CONSTITUTION:A water feed piping system consists of a water control valve 2 arranged in a main tubular path 1 branching from main water suction pipe and also a tubular path 3 to be cleaned arranged downstream. In this case, a branch pipe 11 is installed in the downstream side of the water control valve 2, and at the same time, an ejector 13 is arranged on piping for cleaning 12 connected to the branch pipe 11. In addition, a compressed air feed pipe 17 leading from a compressor 16 is connected to the primary side of the ejector 13 through a throttle valve 15, and at the same time, a feed pipe 18 of an adjusted cleaning liquid is connected to likewise the secondary side, and is provided with a flowmeter 19. A vegetable cleaning liquid consisting of a vegetable fat preparation mixed with a nonionic surfactant is diluted to a specified concentration, and this diluted cleaning liquid is fed under pressure into the tubular path 3 using a compressed air at 1kg/cm max.
