Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: To accurately position respective guiding rails and to enhance accuracy at the time of scanning by performing the working of a position where the guiding rail is attached by the same reference. CONSTITUTION: The guiding rails 1 and 1' are attached in parallel between lift and right side plates 8 and 10 which are in an opposed relation, and 1st and 2nd scanners 3 and 4 are respectively placed on the rails 1 and 1'. The rails 1 and 1' are made of a metallic material, for example, stainless material press-formed in the same metallic mold. Since they are produced in the same metallic mold, the rails 1 and 1' have the same shape and the same dimension. Since the rails 1 and 1' are attached over the side plates 8 and 10 in parallel, the rail 1' on an inner side and the rail 1 on this side have interchangeability and are replaced by each other. Then, attaching accuracy is not influenced even by the replacement.
