PRESSURE MEASURING DEVICE

PURPOSE: To improve the low sensitivity against the electromagnetically radiated radio interference and filling action and the stability over a long period by providing a pressure sensor having a base body and an accessory diaphragm fitted with a strain gauge. CONSTITUTION: This pressure sensor is provided with a diaphragm 10 and a base body 12, a strain gauge 11 is fitted on the diaphragm 10, and the strain gauge 11 is connected to a connecting pad provided at the edge section of the diaphragm 10. An insulator header 13 is provided with connecting wires 2-8 and an oil filling connecting pipe 1, and the pipe 1 is closed after oil is filled. The first central notch 18 facing inward from the first outer cross section 19 is provided on a metal section body 17, the second central notch 21 is provided on the second cross section 20 on the opposite side to the cross section 19, and a conductive foil 23 is arranged near the strain gauge 11 in the notch 18. A metallic separation diaphragm 25 is inserted into the notch 21 to closely seal the edge section of the notch 21. Oil is filled into both notches 18, 21 and a hole 22 via the pipe 1.
