Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: To provide a thermal insulation structure of an open rack type vaporizer which is capable of being excellently fitted to an upper header of a panel and a finned tube, and securing the sufficient thermal insulation performance, and is inexpensive and easy for maintenance. CONSTITUTION: A part in the vicinity of a connection part of an upper header 1 of a panel to a finned tube 3 is surrounded by a resin foam member provided with an FRP film layer 22 on the outer layer part, and a sealing member consisting of EPFM or melamine resin foam is provided between the FRP film layer 22 and the finned tube 3 at the lower side part of the resin foam member to constitute a thermal insulation cover 2, and the lower end part of the outer layer side of this thermal insulation cover 2 is constituted as a sea water feeding part 6.
