Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To provide a roll forming method capable of easily assuring product accuracy and reducing a cost with the small-sized device and a device therefor. CONSTITUTION:The rolls of the roll forming method and device for disposing plural sets of a pair of the rolls 21, 22 for clamping a sheet material 10 in the longitudinal direction of the sheet material and working the sheet material to a desired sectional shape apply pressing force on the central part of the sheet metal and work both edges of the sheet material to a desired sectional shape while restraining both side parts of at least the central part of the material.
