MANUFACTURE OF GREEN SHEET

PURPOSE: To provide a manufacture of green sheets capable of positively precluding defects such as pinholes, cracks, and stripes, moreover, being manufacture inexpensively. CONSTITUTION: The manufacture of green sheets containing a film forming process of a green sheet 2 is such that slurry 3 is discharged on a carrier film 1 to then be hardened for forming a magnetic body layer, or a dielectric layer, wherein the constitution is achieved that two or more film forming processes are continuously conducted repeatedly on the same carrier film 1 so as to form a green sheet. Accordingly, even in the case where defects such as pinholes, cracks. stripes occur at a first film forming process, these defects are buried in the slurry by a second film forming process conducted at the same process, thus manufacturing an excellent green sheet 2 having no defects therein. Also, even in the case where defects produced in the first process remains exposed as it were in the second film forming process, these are covered to be blocked with a ceramic layer, or dielectric body layer formed by the film forming process subsequent to the second process.
