Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To provide a miniaturized device capable of efficiently welding resin powder to the inner face of a heated hollow body. CONSTITUTION:A tank 8 contg. 50-70% resin powder 9 with respect to the content volume of a hollow body 11 to be lined is fixed to a rotor 7 rotating around a horizontal axis O, and the hollow body 11 is fixed to the opening of the tank through a connecting part 10 provided with a butterfly valve 15. The rotor 7 is rotated, the valve 15 is opened when the tank 8 is placed above the hollow body 11 to send the resin powder into the hollow body, then the butterfly valve is closed to confine the resin powder in the hollow body, the hollow body contg. the powder is rotated to weld the powder to the whole inner face of the hollow body, finally, the valve 15 is opened when the tank 8 is positioned below the hollow body 11, and the excess resin powder is recovered into the tank 8.
