Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE: To obtain a centering inspection method in which whether a centering operation is good or not is judged in a short time and by which an installation is made efficient by a method wherein a distance down to a roller face on a work side and that on a drive side are measured sequentially from a prescribed position at the upper part of a table roller, their measured values are compared with a preset reference value and the decentering of the roller is judged. CONSTITUTION: Two distance sensors 5 are arranged on the upper part of rollers 1, for conveyance of steel plates, which are arranged in parallel by keeping a definite distance (h). A rotation driving gear 9 is driven. While angles of the sensors 5 are being changed, distances of the rollers 1 in a plurality up to faces of the rollers 1 are measured. Measured distance data is input to a centering judgment device 14, and it is compared with a preset reference value. When the data exceeds the reference value, the centering of the rollers is judged to be defective. Thereby, whether a centering operation is good or not is judged in a short time, the rate of operation of an installation is enhanced, and the centering operation is labor-saved. |
