Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: To reduce weight and size of an expanding drive section and improve reliability by providing am expanding means which includes a belt provided in such a manner that the direction of conveyance of an engaging member becomes parallel with one direction and a motor which drives the belt forward and backward. CONSTITUTION: An expanding drive section 28 consists of a timing belt 32 provided with three sets of projections 33, 34, 35, a main wheel 36 and a follow-up wheel 37 on which the timing belt 32 is applied, a motor 39 which drives the main wheel 36 forward and backward through a decelerator, a bearing section 40 which supports the follow-up wheel 37, and a pressing plate 41. When frames B1- are held by the projections 33, 34, 35 and the motor 39 is rotated and driven in the expanding drive section 28, the frames B1- are conveyed to the upstream or the downstream in the direction J of expansion.
