Beschreibung
Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: To obtain a novel separatorless individual packaging bag which is easy to unseal by mating thermoplastic films subjected to a release treatment opposite to each other and subjecting the peripheral parts of these films to hot pressing by using a planar object having metallic needle-like projections on its front surface. CONSTITUTION: Two sheets of the thermoplastic films 1, 1' having the release treated layers 2, 2' are installed on a base plate 5 in such a manner that these release treated layers 2, 2' face each other. The peripheral parts of the thermoplastic films 1, 1' are then pressed by the metallic plate A having the needle-like projections 3 previously heated to about softening temp. of the thermoplastic films 1, 1', by which the films are bored with through-holes. As a result, the form that the thermoplastic films which are the substrates of the release treated layers are exposed from the cross sections of the through-holes is attained. The plastic films come into contact with the heated projections and are melted and fused in contact parts 4, by which intermittent seals are formed.
