Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: To provide a lid element which can be attached to the rear surface of a lid by coping with even a different lid of a water heater and to which housing means in a mesh state in which a tea bag or the like is put can be detachably set, thereby enabling the tea bag inside to be drawn in a short period of time. CONSTITUTION: A structure of a lid element is constructed by an attaching means 4 which is attached to the rear side of a lid 2 and has a hook on the outer periphery section and a mesh-state enclosing means 8 having a flange 9 with a notch section in the opening section.
