FRIED BEAN CURD HOLDING DEVICE AND FRIED BEAN CURD TRANSPORTING DEVICE USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: To provide a fried bean curd holding device and fried bean curd transporting device not damaging fried bean curd during transportation in spite of its simple constitution. CONSTITUTION: This fried bean curd holding device 100 comprises a gripping mechanism 50 for holding fried bean curd arranged on a base, lifting and lowering devices 20 and 200 for vertically moving the fried bean curd arranged on the gripping mechanism 50 holding device. The gripping mechanism 50' is fixed to the frame 20 constituting the lifting and lowering the mechanism in a freely movable state in the vertical direction by a fixed distance. The fried bean curd gripping mechanism is always placed by empty weight on the fried bean curd. Consequently, a gripping pawl of the fried bean curd gripping mechanism will not be penetrated into the fried bean curd even if the relationship between the top level of the fried bean curd and the position of the fried bean curd gripping mechanism is not strictly controlled to avoid damage of the fried bean curd.
