CONSTITUTION: A photocopying device 20 for making a certificate or an IC card by reading a certification number on a slip by an OCR reader 41 and reading a mounted photograph 4 by a CCD camera 51 is provided with a transportation part 70 having a transportation path 71 transporting the slip. The CCD camera 51 can be moved in the width direction of the transportation path 71 and an illumination system 53 can be moved in connection with the movement of the CCD camera 51. |
