FRYER

PURPOSE:To effectively transfer the heat energy of burning gas, by forming a burner chamber to install a burner and a retension chamber to keep the burning gas in a base frame and protruding a number of studs at the bottom face of an oil tank. CONSTITUTION:Burner chambers 11, 14 are formed at both ends of the upstream and downstream sides and retension chambers 12, 13 are formed at the intermediate part, in the base frame 10. The retension chambers 12, 13 are divided into two compartments corresponding to the burner chambers 11, 14 through a partition 16. An oil tank 20 is shaped so as to form a longitudinally long boat to fit the base frame 10 and a number of short studs 23, 23, are protruded downward at the bottom face thereof. The studs 23, 23,... are arranged in order in a wide range nearly corresponding to the retension chambers 12, 13, at the bottom face of the oil tank 20. The studs 23, 23,... are round bars or bolts with 8-12mm in diameter and 30-50mm in length for instance and arranged at the bottom face of oil tank at every about 50mm pitch in zigzag and arc-stud welded.
