Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: To efficiently store the feature part of the change of an input waveform. CONSTITUTION: A differential circuit 20 generates a voltage proportional to the variation rate of the input waveform. An absolute value circuit 22 generates its absolute value voltage, and the frequency of the output signal (enable signal) of a V/F conversion circuit 26 is controlled by this absolute value voltage. Since an A/D converter 12 generates waveform data synchronously with the enable signal, more waveform data are generated in the part where the variation rate of the input waveform is larger.
