SHIELDING STRUCTURE FOR PROJECTION TELEVISION

PURPOSE:To cope with many kinds of devices by one kind of a shielding plate to not only absorb the variance of dimensions but also prevent the internal reflection and to reduce the cost by providing bending parts in plural positions between the bracket fixing side of the shielding plate and the fixing part of a bar of a cabinet. CONSTITUTION:Plural bending parts 18 are provided in plural positions between a bracket fixing side 13 of a shielding plate 10 and the fixing part of a bar 16 of the cabinet to change the depth and dimensions in the vertical direction in accordance with machine types different by dimensions. Consequently, a chassis part and a screen part are shielded by the same shielding prate, and it is unnecessary to produce shielding plates for individual machine types. The bar 16 of the cabinet is only inserted and fixed to shield the chassis part and the screen part because the cabinet fixing part of the shielding plate 10 is received by a U-shaped rib 15, and it is coupled without screwing because it is pressed by a projecting part 17, and the workability is improved. Further, the shidlding plate copes with various dimensions because being provided with bending parts 18, and the design change is unnecessary.
