Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To send a cut piece smoothly into a testing device when the test piece generated by cutting a pipe undergoes a crash test. CONSTITUTION:The respective cut piece 7, which is generated when the respective end part of a plurality of pipes 1 conveyed in sequence is received with a receiving device 8. The cut piece 7 is delivered to a conveying device 30 and conveyed with the corresponding relation with the pipe 1 being maintained. Finally, the cut piece 7 is delivered to a testing device from the conveying device 30. Under the state, wherein the cut piece is cut from which pipe 1 is known, the collapse test is performed.
