Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To enable wind power generators to be installed in a place nearer to living space by employing a wind power generator that uses vertical panels serving as wind vanes in place of conventional propeller type and to provide more power in a specific land by constructing a high-rise building for wind power generation. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of wind vanes 2 are provided on a columnar rotating shaft 1 and a power generator 3 is provided at one end of the rotating shaft 1. A bearing 4 serving to assist rotation as well as to hold the rotating shaft in place is provided at that end of the rotating shaft 1 which is opposite to the power generator 3.
