Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To obtain a safety band provided with rolling and housing apparatus capable of readily being carried by people with wide range including children and aged persons from the viewpoint of the traffic safety measure and enabling simple and rapid wear and housing. CONSTITUTION:A rotating shaft (2) for rolling a identifying safety band (1) in a state of a roll and a spring (3) for rolling power are fixed in a body-housing case (5) and a coupling and fixing tool (6) is attached as a fastener in wearing the identifying safety band around the body and these structures are integrally assembled.
