Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To cool coolant by heat exchanging with the air in an exhaust chamber and to eliminate a cooling tower by installing a cooling tube in the chamber, connecting the tube to a heat source via a refrigerant circulating tube, and installing a refrigerant circulating pump at the tube. CONSTITUTION:Coolant is sucked from a coolant outlet 27 of a heat source 7 by a coolant circulating pump 30, and sent to a coolant inlet 28 of a cooling coil 26 through a coolant tube 29. After the coolant is heat exchanged with the air in an exhaust chamber 25 and cooled, it is circulated from a coolant outlet 31 to the heat source 7 through a coolant return tube 33. When a detected value of a temperature sensor 36 arranged in the tube 33 falls within a predetermined value range during this period, an automatic three-way valve 34 is connected to the coil 26 side. On the other hand, when the detected value of the coolant becomes a predetermined value or less, the valve 34 is switched to a by-pass tube 35 side, and the coolant if fed from the tube 29 directly to the tube 33 through the tube 35.
