CONSTITUTION:On an outer peripheral surface and a joint end surface of a precast concrete block 1 for a utility tunnel, a polyurethane coating film 3 is spray applied, and corner parts of joint end part outer peripheries are chamfered. Additionally, on the outer peripheral surface and the joint end surface, the precast concrete block 1 coated with the polyurethane coating film 3 is continuously jointed, and on its joint part outer surface, polyurethane coating belts which are thicker than the polyurethane coating film 3 on the outer peripheral surface are repeatedly spray applied.
