CONSTITUTION:When preheated coal or dried coal is charged in the coke furnace of the chamber type, a movable tight sleeve having a ring seal 8 tightly contacting with the furnace top 10 of the periphery of the coal-charging opening 12 is used to joint the charging opening 12 and the hopper 1 for feeding coal from the cart and the rotary feeder 2 is employed to feed the coal.
