Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To provide a constitution by which a collision load or a load from a suspension can be absorbed without increasing car body weight sharply. CONSTITUTION:A nut plate 9 and a torque box reinforcement 15 are erected between a second suspension cross member 3 and a part in which a front side frame reinforcement 5 in a rear end part of a front side frame 1 is internally installed, and a closed cross-sectional structure A is composed of these four members. That is, thus closed cross-sectional structure and the front side frame 1 composed of a closed cross section are made adjacent vertically to each other. Thereby, rigidity of the rear end part of the front side frame 1 is improved, and absorptivity of a front collision load is improved, and a load inputted from a suspension is absorbed effectively by plural closed cross sections.
