Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: To easily remove a medical appliance fixed to a holding plate without breaking the same and without using a tool, by installing a claw and a grip stud separately from each other in the longitudinal direction of a guide track, corresponding to the length of a plate-shaped position fixing member. CONSTITUTION: Two parallel guide tracks 2, 3 are projected from a surface of a holding plate 1, and the accommodating groove is formed between an upper face of the holding plate 1 and the guide tracks 2, 3. A plate-shaped position fixing member is inserted into the accommodating groove. A spring 6 comprises a folded face arm 8 toward a near side edge of the holding plate 1, and a grip stud 10 is projected upward from the spring 6 over the surface of the holding plate 1. When a medical appliance is completely pushed in, the grip stud 10 becomes free, and the spring 6 pushes up the grip stud 10 in the direction of the medical appliance, for fixing the medical appliance so that it is not protruded out.
