MILK DRINKING QUANTITY MEASURING INSTRUMENT

PURPOSE:To exactly measure a milk drinking quantity, simplify the measurement operation, and to prevent generation of a sanitary problem by counting the number of times of suction for suction of the breast by a baby and calculating digitally the mill drinking quantity, and displaying it. CONSTITUTION:A microphone 9 is arranged in the vicinity of a baby's throat, a suction sound at the time when a baby sucks the breast for drinking mother's milk is caught by the microphone 9, and an electric signals for showing its fact is generated. Also, a CPU 11 counts the number of times of suction by the baby, based on the signal from the microphone 9, and its number of times of suction is displayed on an LCD 5. Moreover, the CPU 11 calculates the milk drinking quantity by the baby by multiplying a prescribed value for showing the quantity of mother's milk which the baby drinks by single suction and the number of times of suction by the baby, and displays its result on the LCD 5. In such a way, the milk drinking quantity can be measured exactly and the measurement operation is simplified extremely, and also, a sanitary problem is not generated.
