Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To accelerate catalytic reaction by depositing a catalytic metal on a pellet like carrier made of a porous fluororesin and tightly bonding the catalytic metal onto at least the surface part to the pellet like carrier with high percentage content through a hydrophilic high polymer. CONSTITUTION:The metal-containing catalyst is constituted by depositing the catalytic metal on the pellet like carrier made of the porous fluororesin. And the catalytic metal is bonded onto at least the surface part of the pellet like carrier through the hydrophilic high polymer. The hydrophilic high polymer is defined as a copolymer of a fluorine-containing monomer and a hydrophilic group-containing monomer. Further, the porous fluororesin is a one made of polytetrafluoroethylene. And catalytic metal is distributed in the range of 0.01-0.1mm depth. The other hand the catalytic reactor is constituted by filling the metal-containing catalyst F in a vessel 1 provided with a raw material supply opening 2 and a treated-material discharge opening 3. |
