METHOD AND DEVICE FOR DATA TRANSMISSION

PURPOSE:To efficiently transmit it information to plural branch devices by using a public line network. CONSTITUTION:A telephone number and mean transmission time in accordance with each branch device, etc., are registered on a transmission managing table 113, and the content of the mean transmission time in the transmission managing table 113 is sorted when it is transmitted, and the one is stored in a transmission queue table 114 in sequence of larger mean transmission time. Dial delivery and data transmission are performed by using a free line in sequence of storage in the transmission queue table 114, and the telephone number of the branch, etc., is shifted to the last position of the transmission queue table 114 when connection is disabled when the dial delivery is performed, then, transmission to the next branch is performed. In this way, since the transmission to the next branch can be performed immediately after the line is released, the working efficiency of the line can be improved. Furthermore, since the transmission is performed in sequence of the mean transmission time, transmission time can be reduced for the information at the positions nearing to the last position, which shortens the waste time of the line generated when the final transmission is performed more than ever.
