GRAPHIC EDITING DEVICE

PURPOSE:To provide a graphic editing device which inputs a graphic and edits it with the same procedure and which is superior in operability. CONSTITUTION:The generation propriety of a synthesized linear group is judged in a step S4 by following the input linear data generation processing of a step S1 through the approximated linear pair list generation processing of a step S2 and the synthesized linear group generation processing of a step S3. When a synthesized linear group is judged to be not generated in the step S4, the control is shifted to an input linear data registration processing, and the device comes to be the regular input mode of an editor. When the synthesized linear group is judged to be generated, the control is shifted to the synthesis operation processing of a step S5 and the synthesis processing of the graphic is executed, and after the result of the synthesis operation processing is reflected on linear data which the editor manages, in the linear data registration/update processing of a steep S6, the control is shifted to a step S7.
