Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To appropriately decide the processing order of lots independently of discrimination of the operator by devising the lot processing to be executed without reduction in the operating rate in the manufacture equipment even when the operator is tentatively absent. CONSTITUTION:When an in-process management computer 3 under the control of a process host computer 2 subordinated to a line computer 1 receives a display request of wait lot information by the operator, the manufacture equipment under the management and the waiting lot are displayed based on data from the process host computer 2, and when an input being a reservation object of the combination between the lot and the manufacture equipment processing the lot among the displayed information is received by the operator, the processing order of the reservation and the setting content are stored and the instruction relating to the carrying of the lot required attended with the execution of reservation is executed.
