Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To prevent an oil pressure pump from becoming a large-scale one even if it is used in water in the great depths, in a hydraulic device. CONSTITUTION:In a hydraulic device to be arranged in water, and provided with an operating oil tank 1, an oil pressure pump 3 for pressurizing operating oil in this operating oil tank 1 and an oil pressure actuator 4 to be driven against water pressure, a communicating hole 6 introducing water 5 having the operating depth to the upper side of free oil level of operating oil is provided on the operating oil tank 1, and a partition plate 7 for separating operating oil 2 from water 5, and for transmitting water pressure to operating oil 2 is provided.
