A plate 2 with bellows like protrusions 21, 21..., which are higher than the depth of the holes 11, 11..., formed on it inseparably corresponding to said holes 11, 11... is formed. The plate 2 is laid over the shoe bottom 1 with its protrusions 21, 21... inserting into the holes 11, 11... elastically and further, the air permeable insole 3 is laid over the plate 2.
