Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To prevent corrosion from occurring in punching metals of sound absorbing tubes provided to an elevated road while preventing decline of sound absorbing efficiency occurring by vibration restraint of waterproof film and by clogging by dust, and to prevent unevenness in external appearance from becoming visible. CONSTITUTION:A number of sound absorbing tubes, each of which is made by covering glass wool 1 with waterproof film 2 and by covering furthermore the outer periphery thereof with a punching metal 3 for protection, are provided to the underside of an elevated road. Gaps 4 are interposed between at least the lower half of the waterproof film 2 and the punching metal 3 for each of the sound absorbing tubes.
