PRELIMINARILY TREATING DEVICE AND PACKAGING DEVICE IN VACUUM PACKAGING OF FIBER PRODUCT

PURPOSE:To efficiently perform the good vacuum packaging of fiber products in a short time by subjecting the fiber products to a dehumidifying and hot air-drying treatment and subsequently pressing and sealing the treated fiber products in a suction chamber. CONSTITUTION:In the vacuum-packaging of a large quantity of fiber products such as blankets, the fiber products are received in a closed preliminarily treating chamber 10 in a hot air-drying preliminarily treating device equipped with a dehumidifying and drying passage 4 having a dehumidifying machine 2 and a heater disposed therebehind on the outside of a circulation passage 1 for forcibly circulating air in the closed drying machine chamber, and efficiently dried under the dehumidifying condition for the preliminary treatment of the fiber products to prevent the generation of stains, molds, bacteria, smells, etc. The preliminarily treated fiber products are placed together with a packaging film on a press base 6 in the vertically movable chamber 5 of a vacuum packaging device, subjected to the downward movement of the chamber 5, sucked, pressed with a pre plate 7 disposed in the chamber 5 in the vacuum state and subsequently sealed with the packaging film by the use of a sealer, thus vacuum-packaging the fiber products.
