Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To obtain a useful wound healing agent exhibiting immunoactivation action and antitumor action and promoting the heal of wound, hemorroid, ulcer, etc., by using a monocyte chemotaxy activation factor as, an active component. CONSTITUTION:The active component of this wound healing agent is a monocyte chemotaxy activation factor which is a protein composed of 76 amino acids such as MCAF having four cysteine groups, its modified material or its derivative. The daily dose of the active component is preferably 0.01mug to 1mg for one wounded part.
