Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To produce a food product of sea laver essence which is palatable and readily digestive and absorbable since the trouble of poor digestion and poor absorption is solved, and rich in useful ingredients contained in sea laver. CONSTITUTION:Leaves of sea laver are cut into pieces measuring 2 to 6cm, loosened so that the pieces are separated into individuals and dried as they are rolled so that each piece is independently curled to give the food product. The dried sea laver (10g) is placed in 200cc of water, and the extract from the laver rolls with weak heat is used as the food product.
