PIPE BAR-LIKE OBJECT MERGING AND ARRANGING DEVICE

PURPOSE:To provide a pipe bar-like object merging and arranging device which can merge and arrange pipe bar-like objects which are conveyed in a plural number of rows into one row during conveyance, can do with one post-process facility, and can reduce facility cost. CONSTITUTION:A pipe bar-like object merging and arranging device consists of supply conveyors (5), (6) in a plural number of rows which convey pipe bar- like objects (A), (B) sequentially at a fixed interval, a merging conveyor (7) which receives the pipe bar-like objects which are supplied from each supply conveyor and conveys them sequentially at a fixed interval, and a moving means (8) which moves the pipe bar-like objects on the merging conveyor to a central part of the merging conveyor. The number of pipe bar-like objects to be fed per unit time of each supply conveyor is the same, and the transfer positions (5f), (6f) of pipe bar-like objects of each supply conveyor for the merging conveyor are made different.
