FOOD CONVEYANCE AND TREATMENT DEVICE

PURPOSE:To facilitate cleaning of food trash stick to a floor face by hoisting and supporting a shaft part at the upper end of a vertical drum to a ceiling wall part of a refrigerator in a cantilever shape. CONSTITUTION:A vertical drum 4 is supported to a ceiling wall 7 in a cantilever shape the inside of a refrigerator 3 provided with a carry-in port 1 in a lower part and a carry-out port 2 in an upper part, and a shaft part 6 at an upper end is connected to a drive mechanism A provided on the outside of the ceiling wall part 7. Further, an endless conveyance belt 5 such as metal net is engaged on an outer periphery of the drum 4 in such a manner that it moves spirally due to rotation of the drum. Arbitrary food is supplied from a conveyance port 1 on the conveyance belt 5 which moves continuously due to rotation of the drum 3, and the food frozen in the refrigerator 3 is taken out sequentially from a carry-out port 2 due to spiral movement of the conveyance belt 5. At this time, it is possible to clean and remove food trash which drops and sticks on a floor face easily because a large space S is formed between the drum 4 and a floor face in the refrigerator.
