Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To positively prevent overheating, by making it impossible to drive a hydraulic motor when the oil temperature in an oil pressure circuit rises higher than a preset level. CONSTITUTION:When the oil temperature in a circuit rises up to an abnormal high temperature, 100 deg.C or higher for instance, on traveling of a vehicle, an oil temperature switch 13 is switched to a high temperature contact side and electric current is conducted in the solenoid 12a of an electromagnetic switching valve 12. As a result, the electromagnetic switching valve 12 is changed over to the open side and a bypass line 11 is placed in connection. And hence, a closed circuit 5 is brought to a short-circuit. Accordingly, the pressurized oil delivered from a hydraulic pump 3 is returned to the suction side through the bypass line 11 and hence, the supply of pressurized oil is disconnected against the hydraulic motor 4 and the drive thereof is made impossible. In this way, when the oil temperature in an oil pressure circuit is overheated, the drive of hydraulic motor 4 is made impossible regardless of the operator's will and the oil pressure circuit is prevented from overheating. And it is effectively cooled by the cooling fan of an engine.
