Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: To further facilitate getting on and off of passengers, and maintain a few amount consumed of air as possible. CONSTITUTION: By exhausting of a first air spring bellows 21 for supporting a car body corner 8b, at least a first car body corner 8b can be descended to a regulated kneeling level corresponding to the car body corner 8b detected with a distance signal generator 26. The kneeling level is located higher than the lowest height of the car body corner 8b regulated with a mechanical stopper 36b.
