Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To prevent the adhesion of an overcoated resin to a winding roll or a press bonding roll by making the width of a molten thermoplastic resin film larger than that of a metal panel and applying the central part of the thermoplastic resin film to the metal panel to suck the thermoplastic resin film by the winding roll having openings provided to the surface thereof in the vicinity of the pressure contact part with the press bonding roll. CONSTITUTION:A metal panel 4 is pressed by a winding roll 1 and a press bonding roll 2 to be preheated and a thermoplastic resin film 5 is allowed to flow down to the interface of one surface of the preheated metal panel 4 and the press bonding roll to be closely bonded to the metal panel 4. In this case, the thickness of the thermoplastic resin film 5 is almost uniform in the vicinity of the central part thereof but large at both end parts thereof. Therefore, the width of the thermoplastic resin film 5 is made larger than that of the metal panel 4 and the central part almost uniform in thickness of the thermoplastic resin film is applied to the metal panel 4. The thermoplastic resin film is sucked in the vicinity of the pressure contact part with the press bonding roll 2 by the openings 6 provided to the surface of the winding roll 1. The width of the winding roll is made larger than that of the thermoplastic resin film 5. As a result, the thermoplastic resin film 5 is not bonded to the press bonding roll 2.
