Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To prevent the contamination of a produced prepreg, enhance the productivity of the prepreg and prevent the cutting of a sheetlike reinforcing material. CONSTITUTION:A prepreg producing apparatus is equipped with first and second vertical drying and curing chambers 1, 4 having resin impregnated reinforcing material feed passages W1, W2 extending up and down and heating means 11 heating a resin impregnated reinforcing material R and a reversal chamber 7 allowing the upper ends of both drying and curing chambers 1, 4 to communicate with each other. Process gas supply chambers 8 having air curtain parts 18, blown-out air discharge chambers 19 and process gas blowoff ports 8a are provided around the feed passages W1, W2 in the upper parts of the drying and curing chambers 1, 4 while process gas discharge chambers 9 having process gas suction ports 9a are provided around the feed passages W1, W2 in the lower parts of the drying and curing chambers 1, 4. Heat radiating panels 13, 16 are attached to the surfaces facing to the feed passages W1, W2 of the blown-out air discharge chambers 19, the process gas supply chambers 8 and the process gas discharge chambers 9.
