PURPOSE:To provide a ladle, whose cost problem can be dissolved without much trouble to the temp. drop of molten metal and the metal sticking. CONSTITUTION:A molten metal storing part 1 for freely storing the molten metal at the time of casting is constituted with a combination of a large capacity molten metal storing part 1A and a small capacity molten metal storing part 1B. A molten metal pouring part 3 for pouring the molten metal in the large capacity molten metal storing part 1A into the small capacity molten metal storing part 1B in the inclining condition of a ladle posture is formed at the boundary part of both molten metal storing parts 1A, 1B. A molten metal tapping hole 2 is formed at the upper ridge part of the small capacity molten metal storing part 1B and at the position of the oposite side to the position of the molten metal pouring part 3.
